Hockey????

why does no one care about hockey? like no one in my grade likes hockey i dont get it|||i LOVE HOCKEY!





americans are too into the other major sports (baseball, basketball and football) because they are exposed to the game at a young age growing up.





i have taken several non-hockey liking friends to live NHL games and they all come back with a love of the game and most are starting to follow it on their own.

TV does not do hockey justice|||People don't like it because there fat lazy americans. All they want to do is watch baseball and play baseball, the sport that fat people CAN play because theres about as much running in baseball as there is in swimming.


I love hockey, but i agree, i have about 3 friends that like it, but i made some of my friends liking it by showing them a game, not a regular season NHL game, but a playoff game, the real deal in hockey. Those guys are out there giving it there all, and coming in with some huge hits, try that. Next season when the playoffs are on take 2 or 3 of your friends that don't like hockey, and have them watch a playoff game at your house or something. Then they'll see that Hockey is the greatest sport.|||it's because it's not easy to go out and play with your friends. if there were as many hockey rinks in a city as there are basketball courts, i bet it would be different. since i live in Texas, weather doesn't really allow for the best conditions so we played street hockey. we got one rink in the city next to me and we can't even play hockey until league play becasue it;s used for skating the rest of the time.|||Same...I live in a small town in NJ and everyone either: doesn't care about hockey, makes fun of hockey, or likes the Rangers.





Kurfadle you're so right. Everyone in my school's on crack, but we're supposed to be a "wealthy town with a good school system". But half the kids are either super smart or on drugs.|||hockey is by far the best sport, it is the fastest sport (except racing but that isnt a sport) and is totally unique. some skaters can go an excess of 25-30 mph with a puck trying to avoid other skaters with sticks and the ability to just line you up and trash you. where can you find a bigger rush?|||LIke Kurfadle said it depends on where you live! In some places Hockey is loved by everyone ex. Canada but in other places hockey isn't popular ex. Southern States





But you could enjoy hockey from where ever you are. You could always try making your friendds watch hockey. I'm pretty sure after watching the game they'll like it!|||It really depends on where you're from. Because i live in a city in North Carolina where hockey is not that popular. People in my school are obsessed with basketball. Where me i'm the only one in my grade who loves hockey.|||We Live In America Dude. America Loves Their Baseball and Basketball.





In Canada, Hockey Is Everything. Everyone loves it in Canada.
