This is our first time playing any Fantasy league, and it was really easy. You can join a league that has a draft date that works for you, and at the time of the draft the order is randomized. If you show up to the draft, you get to make your picks, if you're not online however, you will be set on auto-draft, and you will receive the next top ranked player available.
