What is the best way to become a hockey scout?

I am 43 years old and want to change careers. I am very involved in hockey and would like to become a hockey scout fulltime.|||do you have any experience with coaching/volunteering? this could go on your resume depending on to what extent you have gone. you would have to interview with a college recruiting board first, as you will not be able to jump right into the NHL or AHL. visit a college or call up a university's athletic dep. and ask questions|||Hang out with LITY.
