How does one get hockey tape off a white shirt?

I had a ice pack taped on my arm one day with black hockey tape and when i took it off it left black marks from the glue on the jersey. How do i get rid of said black marks. I have washed it 3 times and nothing.|||Try some rubbing alcohol...|||just rip it off thats what i do
